From March 2017 the way that the Shire of Chittering will conduct their Ordinary Council Meetings will change; Agenda Forums will now be held the week prior to Ordinary Council Meetings.
What this means for you:
- Additional time for Councillors to engage with the community on matters of concern relating to the Council Agenda
- The public can ask questions on reports at Agenda Forums
- Deputations will only be conducted at the Ordinary Council Meeting
Council Meetings for 2017
Unless otherwise advertised Agenda Forums are held in the Council Chambers, Administration Centre, 6177 Great Northern Highway, Bindoon commencing at 4.30pm.
Unless otherwise advertised Ordinary Meetings of Council are held in the Council Chambers, Administration Centre, 6177 Great Northern Highway, Bindoon commencing at 7pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend Agenda Forums and Council Meetings; however matters of a confidential nature will be considered and resolved behind closed doors and therefore closed to the public gallery.
