Cr Don Gibson and John Davis have announced their resignation as President and Deputy President respectively.
During last night’s Ordinary Meeting of Council, Cr Don Gibson informed the meeting that he would be stepping down from the role of President. He will remain as a Councillor.
Also at this meeting, John Davis announced that he would be stepping down from his role as Deputy President and also as a Councillor with immediate effect.
Council will elect a new President and Deputy President at a Special Meeting on 23 October 2020.
