Please note that applications from outside of the Shire of Chittering are accepted, however, local food providers will take priority. 

Please note stallholder applications will close on Monday 22 June. Stallholders will be notified if successful in early July. All supporting documents, including insurance and temporary food permits must be submitted by Monday 27 July to be included in the event. Payment is also required by Monday 27 July, and can be made via phone. Further details will be provided, if successful.

Requests to be covered under the Shire of Chittering’s insurance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must meet specific criteria.
