About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Service Support Officer to assist the Technical Services team with overseeing and servicing the Shire’s roads, parks, landscapes, reserves, infrastructures and fleet management.  Working at the Shire of Chittering provides the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of activities and projects, in turn providing both hands on professional development and diversity in work experiences.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have exceptional organisational skills, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills while modelling a can-do attitude and is a collaborative team player. The successful candidate will have (although not limited to):

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline(s) to this position or demonstrated equivalent level of experience.
  • Advanced skills in professionally written and oral communications
  • Highly developed skills in use of relevant software programs, digital tools and social media
  • Current “C” class Driver’s licence
  • The right to live and work in Australia and a National Police Clearance
