The Shire is in receipt of a Local Structure Plan application to facilitate the development of an eco-friendly resort and associated facilities and infrastructure at the abovementioned property.
The purpose of the Local Structure Plan is to set out the general guidelines of a future subdivision, in accordance with Part 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Specifically the application pertains to preparing the site for a future intended resort and associated infrastructure.
