Pursuant to Regulation 64(2)(a) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the Shire gives notice that the above Amendment has been gazetted in the Government Gazette on 3 November 2017.
Therefore, notice is given that Lot M1606 (RN 3599) Great Northern Highway, Muchea has now been rezoned from “Agricultural Resource” to “Light Industrial” and various other modifications to Local Planning Scheme No. 6 have taken effect.
