Amendment No. 71 to Shire of Chittering
Local Planning Scheme No. 6
It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87 (4B) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved Amendment No. 71 to Local Planning Scheme No. 6 (LPS 6) for the purpose of rezoning four lots within the Muchea Employment Node from Agricultural Resource to Light Industry and General Industry zones and introduces detailed Schedule 11 provisions to facilitate and manage the future development of the land. The amendment establishes requirements relating to structure planning, transport infrastructure, environmental management, servicing and subdivision to support the orderly expansion of the Muchea Industrial Park.
