The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held in the Bindoon Hall, Great Northern Highway, Bindoon on Wednesday 7 February 2024 at 7.00pm.
An Elector is entitled, but not required, to vote on matters raised at the meeting.
The order of business will be:
- Attendance and Apologies
- Contents of the 2022/23 Annual Report
- General Business
Copies of the Annual Report are available here or by contacting the Administration Centre on 9576 4600 to have a copy emailed or posted out to you. There will be limited copies available at the meeting.
The Shire welcomes questions on the Annual Report and asks that you submit your questions to the Shire by 4.00pm Thursday 1 February 2023 to Denaye Kerr, Executive Assistant via email denaye.kerr@chittering.wa.gov.au
