ROAD RESERVE CLOSURE

In accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 the Shire of Chittering hereby advises its intention to take the following action:

To close a portion of road reserve adjacent to Lot 505 Chittering Road, Chittering, and that the closed road reserve be amalgamated to adjoining land owners.

The plan showing the location of the road reserve to be closed is now available on the Shire’s website, and at the Shire’s office during normal business hours.

Deadline for comments:  Submissions on the closure are invited and should be emailed to chatter@chittering.wa.gov.au by 4pm on Monday 26 August 2019.
