Muchea Industrial Park Structure Plan - Draft 2020 (Closed)

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage are seeking your comments on the new draft to the Muchea Industrial Park Structure Plan.
A Structure Plan is a plan that sets out the layout of a future subdivision.
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has prepared the Muchea Industrial Park Structure Plan to update the 2011 Muchea Employment Node Structure Plan.
This updated plan ensures planning for the area remains relevant in light of recent developments including NorthLink and the proposal to relocate road train assembly to Muchea from Wubin.
Submissions should be made directly to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage at mucheaindustrialpark@dplh.wa.gov.au
