Amendment to Local Planning Policy No. 7 - Outbuildings (Closed)


The Shire of Chittering Council has resolved to prepare an amendment to Local Planning Policy No. 7 – ‘Outbuildings’.

The proposed amendment adjusts the maximum shed sizes permitted in the Shire’s Residential zones. This includes all properties located within the new Wildflower Ridge Estate.

The amendment proposes to increase permitted shed sizes in the Residential zone from 60m² to 120m².

Your comment on the changes to the Policy are invited by 26 May 2021.
