Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Catering Services

The Shire of Chittering is seeking expressions of interest from local food, hospitality businesses and community groups for the provision of catering services.

From time to time the Shire utilises external services to cater for functions and community events. The events range in size and complexity but may include:

• Morning and afternoon teas
• Light lunches
• Canapes
• Buffet style evening meals
• Breakfast catering
• Ingredients only supply – i.e supply of bacon, eggs and rolls for Shire run community breakfasts
• Bar supply and service
• Food trucks and festival stalls
• Food service staff

To better understand what is available in the region, Shire invites you to register your interest in supplying any of the above.

To be considered for catering contracts it is important that you comply with food safety standards and are able to produce a Food Safety Compliance Certificate on request.
