Calling all dino fanatics! These school holidays we're heading back to the Jurrasic period and having a dino of a day on Wednesday 2 October. There will be THREE separate events this day and bookings are essential for some of them so be sure to check out the details below and book ASAP as places are limited.
10am - Junior Archaeologist Excavation Session 1. Discover what it's like to be an archaeologist as you excavate the bones of a dinosaur and then assemble them to make your very own dino model to keep. Suitable for ages 5+. Places are limited and are only for members of the Bindoon Library. Bookings are ESSENTIAL.
11:30am - Junior Archaeologist Excavation Session 2. Discover what it's like to be an archaeologist as you excavate the bones of a dinosaur and then assemble them to make your very own dino model to keep. Suitable for ages 5+. Places are limited and are only for members of the Bindoon Library. Bookings are ESSENTIAL.
2-3pm - Dino storytime and puzzle play. Over the course of this session we'll be reading a dino story every 15 minutes, and there will be dinosaur jigsaw puzzles to complete. This is a drop-in session for all community members and bookings are NOT required. You can drop by anytime during the session that suits your family. There will be opportunities to grab a photo with our special guest, Thesaurus Rex in between stories.
