Proposed Amendment to Local Planning Policy No. 7 - Outbuildings (Closed)


At its meeting held 23 April 2023, Council resolved to amend Local Planning Policy No. 7 - Outbuildings for advertising, which seeks to provide provisions for outbuildings size limits in the Residential – R5 Zone.

The proposed amendment will accommodate a maximum outbuilding size limit of 100m2 for all future Residential – R5 zoned lots within the Shire.
