Major Land Transaction - Muchea Multi-Purpose Community Centre (Closed)

Submissions are invited on a Shire of Chittering Proposal to commence a major land transaction. The transaction is to construct the Muchea Multi-Purpose Community Centre and provide “use rights” to the Chittering Broncos Junior Football Club, Muchea Senior Cricket Club and Muchea Junior Cricket Club.
The facility is expected to cost $2.7m and the proposed use rights will apply for five years.
