Proposed Amendment No. 71 To Local Planning Scheme No. 6

At its meeting held 21 June 2023, Council resolved to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 71 for advertising. SA71 seeks to rezone Lots 202-203 Wandena Rd from Agricultural Resource to Light Industry and Lots 205-205 Great Northern Highway, Muchea from Agricultural Resource to General Industry.
The initiation of the Scheme Amendment will allow for the progression of the rezoning and will facilitate structure planning of the land (which is currently in progress).
