Community Housing - Unit 4 - Renovation Works

Project Overview

The Shire has a selection of community housing units in the Bindoon town site. These units provide low income rental properties for members of our community. 

An unforeseen event occurred at one of these units during 2019 resulting in extensive renovation works being required. The unit was unfit for tenant and required new floor coverings, internal painting and installation of new cupboards. 

These works have been funded by Council as part of the 2020-21 Annual Budget. 

This project is commenced in October 2020 and were completed by a local contractor in December 2020.
