In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, S5.4 notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Monday 16 December 2019 commencing at 6.30pm.
The meeting will be held in the Shire of Chittering’s Council Chambers, 6177 Great Northern Highway, Bindoon.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is for:
- Moore Stephens to present the 2018/19 Financial Report;
- Receive the 2018/19 Annual Report; and
- Convene the date for Annual Meeting of Electors.
