Shire President, Cr Aaron King is pleased to announce that following its consideration of candidates from a well-qualified, competent, and experienced field of applicants, the Shire of Chittering Council voted unanimously at the Ordinary Council Meeting last night to appoint Ms Melinda Prinsloo as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 February 2023.
Ms Prinsloo is a seasoned executive leader with a strong focus on Strategy, Finance and Change Management. She holds Bachelor of Commerce and MBA degrees, and has a Diploma in Information Technology. She has the ideal blend of experience and qualifications to lead the Shire Administration.
The Council and staff of the Shire of Chittering look forward to continuing to work with Melinda.
