At its meeting held 15 March 2023, Council resolved to adopt Scheme Amendment No. 74 for advertising, which seeks to rezone lots 1456 and 50 Great Northern Highway, Muchea from Agricultural Resource to General Industry. These lots are contained within the broader Muchea Industrial Park.
The initiation of the Scheme Amendment will allow for the progression of the rezoning and will facilitate future structure planning of the land.
