Pursuant to Regulation 64(2)(a) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the Shire gives notice that the above Amendment has been gazetted in the Government Gazette on 3 November 2017.
Therefore, notice is given that Lot 8 (RN 100) Buckthorn Drive, Lower Chittering has now been rezoned from “Agricultural Resource” to “Rural Residential”.
