Muchea Volunteer Bushfire Brigade is looking for a volunteer to fill the post of Brigade Secretary.
You will be an auxilliary member of the Brigade and will be required to complete an Application to Join the Chittering Fire Services.
The duties of Muchea VBFB's Secretary are minimal:
- Attend monthly meetings to take minutes and email them to members
- Attend Management meetings every two or three months
- Collect the mail from our post box
- Occasionally send an email or letter on behalf of the brigade
- Computer skills and an understanding of meeting procedure are essential.
- This position does not require you to be a firefighter
