The Bindoon Library will reopen with basic services on Monday, 18 May. Opening hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm but it will remain closed on Saturdays as we have not yet reactivated our volunteer service.
The services that will be available include:
- Borrowing and returning items.
- Photocopying.
- Public Computers.
Our programs are still on hold for now so Rhyme Time will continue to be conducted 'virtually'.
The following entry conditions will be implemented:
- Patrons MUST sanitise hands before entering.
- Patrons must NOT enter if feeling unwell or are exhibiting cold and flu like symptoms.
- All patrons must record name, contact number, and time of visit in the Tracing Register.
- Each patron will be limited to twenty (20) minutes in the library.
- This includes time spent on the public computers.
- Patrons must wear disposable gloves (provided) when using public computers.
- Patrons must maintain a 1.5m distance from others at all times.
- Anyone not adhering to these conditions will be asked to leave the premises.
