This Local Law has been created to repeal the By-laws relating to Signs, Hoardings and Bill Posting, published in the Government Gazette on 20 August 1993.
These are now superseded due to the Shire adopting Local Planning Policy No 5 – Signage on 21 June 2017.
Copies of this Local Law can be obtained from the Shire of Chittering Administration Office, 6177 Great Northern Highway, Bindoon between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
