Annual Meeting of Electors

Electors of the Shire of Chittering are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Electors on Thursday 6 February 2020 at the Lower Chittering Fire Station, 845 Muchea East Road, Lower Chittering commencing at 7.00pm.
An Elector is entitled, but not required, to vote on matters raised at the meeting.
The order of business will be
- Attendance, Apologies and Approved Leave of Absence;
- 2018/19 Annual Report; and
- General Business.
Copies of the Annual Report will be available on the Shire’s website from 3 February 2020.
Proposed motions are requested to be provided in writing to the Shire Administration by 12.00pm on Friday 31 January 2020. Forms to submit a proposed motion are available here (Proposed Motion form). “Motions from the Floor” will only be accepted at the discretion of the Presiding Member.
The Shire has made available 21 seats on the community bus for residents; if you wish to secure a seat you must contact the Shire to secure your booking. The bus (if full) will depart Bindoon and travel to Muchea (if required) before heading to Lower Chittering.
