Each grower works closely with the Winery to ensure that the fruit harvested meets stringent quality standards. The state of the art Winery was built in 2000 under the guidance of winemaker Mark Nairn. The inurgural vintage processed in 2001 with varieties such as Shiraz, Grenache, Carnelian, Chardonnay, Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Verdelho being produced. Other varieties expected to become available will be Tempranillo, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our mission is to consistently produce wines that 'over deliver' on quality for price.
