The purpose of the policy documents is to enable the effective and efficient management of Council resources, and to assist staff and Council to achieve an equitable decision making process.
Written policies also enable the community to be aware of the reasoning behind administrative and Council decisions; and to be familiar with the philosophy behind individual decisions.
This section contains all policies that have been adopted by Council at its meeting held on 16 May 2012; and any subsequent amendments.
